Return & Replacement Policy

A return may be requested within 7 days of delivery only where the product is unopened and unused, remains in its original sealed packaging, is in resalable condition, and meets the other requirements of this policy.

Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return due to health, hygiene, and product-safety considerations, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or another remedy is required under applicable law.

If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, we may request the order number, photographs of the product and outer packaging, photographs of the shipping label, a video showing the condition of the package/product, and any other information reasonably required to verify the claim.

Where a claim is accepted, N+ Wellness may, as appropriate and subject to applicable law, provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package when it is delivered. If the package is visibly opened, severely damaged, or appears tampered with, please notify the delivery personnel and, where reasonably possible, decline acceptance.

If you accept a visibly damaged package, please contact N+ Wellness promptly and provide photographs or video evidence of the condition of the package.

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, the following are generally not eligible for return merely because the customer has changed their mind: opened products; used products; products with broken or removed seals; products with damage caused after delivery by the customer; products that have been improperly stored after delivery; and products returned without the required information or outside the applicable return period.

This does not limit any rights or remedies available to the customer under applicable law.

Submitting a return request does not automatically mean that the return has been approved. N+ Wellness will review the request and may verify the product, packaging, delivery details, photographs, videos, and other relevant information before approving a return, replacement, or refund.

If approved, we will provide the customer with the applicable return instructions.

Where the issue is determined to be attributable to N+ Wellness, such as an accepted damaged, defective, or incorrect-product claim, N+ Wellness will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and our internal process.

For eligible customer-initiated returns, including permitted change-of-mind returns, return shipping arrangements and any applicable costs will be communicated at the time the return is approved.

Where a replacement is approved, N+ Wellness will arrange replacement subject to product availability and applicable law. If the exact product is unavailable, N+ Wellness may contact the customer regarding an appropriate alternative or refund, as applicable.

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines and applicable law. The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or other payment service provider.

Returned products may be inspected to verify product condition, seal and packaging condition, product identity, batch information, whether the product was opened or used, and whether the reported issue is consistent with the customer's claim. N+ Wellness reserves the right to request reasonable evidence before processing a claim.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. If a return, replacement, or refund is affected by incorrect information provided by the customer, N+ Wellness may require additional information or take additional reasonable time to process the request.

If an order is returned to N+ Wellness because of an incorrect address, incorrect PIN code, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer may be contacted regarding the next steps.

Any refund, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law. Re-shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Products provided as part of a promotional offer, bundle, discount, or free-product promotion may be subject to specific return and refund conditions communicated with that offer.

Where an order contains multiple products as part of a promotional bundle, return/refund eligibility may be assessed for the order or promotional combination as a whole, where applicable.

N+ Wellness products should be stored and handled according to the instructions provided on the product packaging. Customers should not return or use a product if they believe its safety or integrity has been compromised. Please contact N+ Wellness Customer Support immediately with details of the concern.

N+ Wellness may update or modify this Return & Replacement Policy from time to time. The policy applicable to an order will generally be the version displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to applicable law.
